A: Totally fair — revisions are part of the deal. If something doesn’t look right (color too warm/cool, windows blown out, perspective funny, object removal sloppy, etc.), I’ll revise it. If it’s within what we agreed on originally, usually with no extra charge. If you ask for something brand new outside of the brief, we may need to adjust time or cost, but I’ll always be upfront about that.
A: Yes! If you have many photos (a full listing, multiple properties, etc.), I can offer lower rates per image. Let me know how many photos you need edited and what kinds of editing you want — I’ll send you a bulk offer that saves you money.
A: You’ll get edited photos in the format you prefer (JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF etc.), at the resolution we agree. If you need images sized for MLS listings, social media, print, or your website, or need specific file formats, just tell me. If you want layered files (so you can tweak things later), I can provide that too.
